It is the Bio-Buzz in Missouri, the third state in the USA to implement a Biodiesel mandate, has passed legislation to mandate a B5 Biodiesel blend by 2010. Missouri would join Minnesota and Oregon as the other two Biodiesel Mandate States.  Missouri already has implemented an E10 ethanol mandate.
